Albany, New york. District Attorney David Soares office will prosecute the Cyber Bullying incident in Cohoes New York ,Cohoes police Lt. Tom Ross lead investigator on this case has said " that 10 young girls had been victimized aged between 13, 14, 15 years old..

Talk show host ,AM 1300 Al Roney was concerned that this law may be used frivolously.

This act of Cyber Bullying was well planed out according to cohoes police Lt.Tom Ross . . , the use of a false identity on facebook and a false ip address and the misuse of a friends computer.

Legislators Brian Scavo and deputy Majority Leader Shawn Morse creators and sponsors of the Albany county Cyber Bullying law.
